Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Paralegal at Alcorn Immigration Law in Houston, TX. The Business Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for handling immigration issues, preparing legal documents, and assisting in visa applications and processes on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Law knowledge
- Familiarity with H-1Bs, O-1s, EB-1As, PERM is ideal
- Understanding of Visas and Immigration Issues
- Experience in working with immigration law
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of current immigration policies and regulations
