About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Paralegal at Alcorn Immigration Law in Palo Alto, CA. The Business Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for handling immigration issues, preparing legal documents, and assisting in visa applications and processes on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Law knowledge
- Experience with H-1Bs, O-1s, EB-1As, PERM
- Understanding of Visas and Immigration Issues
- Experience in working with immigration law
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of current immigration policies and regulations
