Associate AD, Internal Operations
The Associate AD for Internal Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of athletics equipment, facilities, and events. This role oversees the acquisition, distribution, and staging of equipment, coordinates facility assessments, and assists with special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and oversees athletic facilities requests
- Assists with game day operations and supervises ordering, maintenance, and inventory of athletic equipment and uniforms
- Manages inventory of equipment, footwear, and apparel
- Supervises laundry services for athletic programs
- Travels to team competitions for operational support
- Coordinates review of purchasing with vendors
- Represents Athletics across the institution in purchasing, physical plant, police, and other offices
- Manages contract execution with footwear and apparel companies
- Oversees branding efforts and style guide compliance
- Coordinates on-campus athletic events and games
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- One year of experience overseeing equipment and facilities operations
- Valid Mississippi driver's license
