The incumbent provides programmatic and operational support of the Upward Bound Program, including supervision of supervises students, enforcement or rules, and ensuring student safety.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of youth development and academic support strategies.
Understanding of college readiness topics.
Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions
Provides leadership and guidance to ensure staff members meet performance expectations.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children or youth in a structured environment, such as a camp counselor, teacher, coach, or mentor.
