AlCuMet, Inc. a manufacturer of precision investment castings is seeking to fill a 2nd Shift NDT X Ray Level II position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiographic testing on a range of materials and structures, interpreting test results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Certification as an NDT Level II Technician in Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Conduct radiographic testing on materials and components to detect and evaluate defects or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and calibrate radiographic equipment, including X-ray machines and film processors.
- Develop and interpret radiographic films, ensuring they meet industry and client standards.
- Document test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to clients and team members.
- Maintain and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
