Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Card Breaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sports cards and collectibles, along with the ability to engage with participants in a fun and energetic manner. This role involves conducting live breaks, showcasing products, and interacting with customers to enhance their experience.
About Us
The Breakroom TBR is one of the industry leading sports card breakers on TikTok, focusing on breaking Hobby and Repack boxes everyday from 9:30 AM to 12 AM. Located out of Eatontown, NJ, we are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team and continue to help us grow.
Knowledge of the Sports Card market, primarily Football, Baseball And Basketball, is a must, as a large majority of our customers look to our breakers for advise on grading and valuing cards that are hit in our breaks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live sports card breaks, showcasing products in an engaging manner.
- Interact with participants during breaks, answering questions and providing insights about the cards.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available for breaks.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative ways to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sports cards and collectibles is preferred.
- Experience using various social media platforms including TikTok.
- Ability to Multitask while remaining calm and high energy.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for sports culture is essential.
- Experience Using Microsoft Excel
- Must be comfortable being live on camera at all times.
