What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at ALDEEZ SPORTS BAR & LOUNGE?
Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for servers/waitstaff to join our 30-person team. We are located on 3950 Rosemeade Pkwy. #100. Our ideal candidate is one that is a motivated self-starter. We would love to find a bartender who is a highly energetic team player with a strong passion for delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to positively interact with customers
- Building good rapport resulting in return customers.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Delivering food and drinks to guests quickly and efficiently.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present and follow drink menu.
- Ability to enter orders using a POS system.
- Basic math skills.
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience as a bartender in a fast-paced organized setting.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Team player
- Great energy and personality.
- Great smile.
- TABC/ Food handlers' certificate is required.
- Relevant training certificate a plus.
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
