What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hookah Server position at ALDEEZ SPORTS BAR & LOUNGE?
Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for energetic, reliable, and knowledgeable Hookah Servers to join our team! You’ll be the go-to person for all things hookah prepping, serving, maintaining quality, and creating a smooth, chill vibe for our guests during happy hour, themed nights, and weekend events.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve premium hookahs efficiently and accurately.
- Assist guests with hookah selection and educate them on flavor options.
- Ensure hookahs are properly cleaned, packed, and maintained throughout the night.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide refills or coals when needed.
- Keep hookah station organized, stocked, and up to health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with bartenders and servers to enhance overall guest experience.
- Assist with setup and breakdown during events and busy nights.
- Support floor staff during downtime (e.g., clearing tables or light barback tasks).
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a hookah server or in hospitality is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
- Outgoing personality with great customer service and communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced nightlife environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time during high volume hours.
- Must be 21 with reliable transportation.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
