What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at ALDEEZ SPORTS BAR & LOUNGE?
Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for servers/waitstaff to join our 30-person team. We are located on 3950 Rosemeade Pkwy. #100. Our ideal candidate is one that is a motivated self-starter. We would love to find a server who is a highly energetic team player with a strong passion for delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Setting and busing tables.
- Possessing the ability to confidently offer food and drink suggestions which may also include upselling.
- Delivering food and drinks to guest quickly and efficiently.
- Providing a great customer experience.
- Ability to enter orders using a POS device.
- Basic math skills.
Qualifications:
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong sense of urgency
- Team player
- Great energy and personality.
- Great smile.
- At least 6 months experience as a server, cocktail waitress or Hostess. May be willing to train the right individual.
