Alder Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and reliable Field Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Field Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch pest control services to our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about building and growing with the company while providing excellent service that keeps homes safe and pest-free. You’ll be out in the neighborhoods, ensuring timely, safe, and effective service delivery.

What Does a “Day-in-the-Life” Look Like?

As a Field Expert at Alder Pest Control, you are essential in delivering top-notch pest control services that keep our clients’ homes safe and pest-free. Each day, you utilize your training to apply targeted treatments like sprays, baits, or traps to address common pests such as ants, spiders, and rodents. Your role goes beyond just applying treatments—you actively engage with clients, explaining the services provided, offering practical pest prevention tips, and addressing any concerns they might have. By doing so, you ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the high standards Alder Pest Control is known for. Working as a Field Expert allows you to complete a full 40-hour workweek in just 3 days, providing an exceptional work-life balance with 4 days off each week. You are on the frontline of our commitment to excellence, playing a key role in solving pest problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our reputation for quality service. Your dedication and hard work not only drive the success of our company but also make a meaningful difference in the lives of the customers we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer's location.

- Provide pest control services, including the application of pesticides, traps, and baits, while adhering to all safety protocols.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pest control needs, service agreements, and follow-up visits, maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and submit reports promptly.

- Troubleshoot service challenges in the field, maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that Alder Pest Control is known for.

- Keep your work vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and ready for each job.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions.

- Live within the service area

- No prior pest control experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and resources to pass any necessary licensing exams.
