Base Qualifications for all Cooks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- WA Food Worker Card required within 14 days after hire
- Weekend availability required
- Apprenticeship or degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
Prep Cook
Join our culinary team as a Prep Cook, where your skills in ingredient preparation are key to our delicious dishes. You'll enjoy the unique role of preparing the daily employee meal, becoming a cherished part of our team's day.
- $17 ~ $26/hr ($17--$24/hr base service charge avg)
- Commercial kitchen experience is a plus
- Prepare and manage the daily Family Meal for up to 100 employees
- Assist in kitchen prep tasks, ensuring high quality and adherence to recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety standards
Resort Kitchen Line Cook
In our award-winning resort's kitchen, you'll work alongside a talented culinary team, preparing dishes that showcase locally sourced ingredients and the region's flavors.

- 2 years' commercial kitchen experience required
- Take charge of preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, adhering to our high standards

Outdoor Patio Line Cook
As an Outdoor Patio Line Cook, indulge in crafting high-quality, seasonal dishes that highlight the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine in a stunning outdoor setting.
- $17 ~ $28/hr ($17--$26/hr base service charge avg)
- 2 years' commercial kitchen experience required
- Prepare a wide range of ingredients, focusing on meats, seafood, and vegetables, using various cooking techniques
- Ensure each dish meets our high-quality standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
