Aldersbridge Communities is looking for a Part-time Activity Assistant/Life Enrichment Associate to join our team in the Memory Care Assisted Living Unit at The Loft at Linn. We are located in East Providence, RI.
Part-time 20hrs/week (3) 4-8PM shifts and (1) 8AM-4PM shift. Rotating weekends.
Working on the Memory Care Program will foster your commitment to enriching the lives of our residents.
Duties:
Assist the Memory Care Assisted Living Program Director with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the activities specific to the Memory Care Program.
Assist with planning and perform regularly scheduled activities and/or life skills activities.
Responsible for leading and implementing one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the programming schedule.
Supports, encourages, and directs independent activity pursuits, both individually and in small groups.
- Has worked with senior citizens in nursing home or institutional setting.
- Has worked one to one with senior citizens.
- Has been a volunteer working with senior citizens.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
