We have the following opening: RN Supervisor
This position manages the day to day nursing operations of Aldersgate at Home. Counsels and directs employees and interacts with all members of the Aldersgate at Home team. Responsible for staffing delivery of appropriate nursing care, adhering to budgets and Human Resources policies and compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Supports and/or provides inservice staff development needs (i.e., clinical). Functions as the infection control nurse for Aldersgate at Home. Directs the activities of the Aldersgate at Home staff during absence of the Director.
