Sales Counselor

Fulltime

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding potential residents through the sales process, providing them with information about our community, addressing their inquiries, and ultimately closing sales.  Proficiency in lead management and extensive public contact and public speaking is required. Proven sales experience and the ability to meet performance goals is required.  The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and interpersonal skills, be a motivated self-starter with experience in the senior living industry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bachelors Degree preferred with 2-3 years experience in sales; related experience in senior housing, independent living or assisted living is preferred; demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, demonstrated experience and skill levels with word processing, spreadsheets, power point and other presentation software, and lead management software.
