Fulltime/Part time, 1st Shift Wound Nurse
Assess wounds to determine both immediate treatment needs and long-term treatment plans. Regular rounds to patients in your care, coordinating with supervising physician(s) and team regarding case management, and liaise between families and health care administrator. Before the patient is discharged, you educate patients and families on care practices and methods to promote wellness and healing.
Must be currently licensed in North Carolina
Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.
