As the Director of Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our company, responsible for building and refining our operational processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our rapid growth. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of operational personnel.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard company assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 7 years) in operations management, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable solutions, and drive results.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
