We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Content Analyst to join our team at a leading Fortune 500 investment firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing content lifecycle and be proficient in data analysis and content management tools. This role will involve leveraging data insights to recommend process improvements and streamline content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including tag utilization, and identify opportunities for tag consolidation to optimize content organization.
- Manage and maintain marketing assets using Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets Cloud.
- Utilize Seismic Sales Enablement tools to ensure alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the marketing content lifecycle and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing content to identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the marketing content lifecycle, including creation, management, and distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets Cloud.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the financial industry or a corporate marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Seismic Sales Enablement tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
This position is based in Owings Mills, MD until May then move to downtown Baltimore, MD in May. The role offers a dynamic and engaging workplace, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
