Description
Supporting administrative staff (engineering, QA, production, accounting) with documentation and report control, filing, copying, spreadsheet work, front desk, process and documentation auditing, and other miscellaneous office duties.
· Creates and/or updates documents, processes, work instructions and flows based on various department needs, while managing configuration controls.
· Creating part numbers in the MRP system and Build of Materials.
· Processing Engineering Change Orders.
· Manage multiple documentation files online and in file cabinets.
· Scanning of documents for electronic archiving.
· Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure needs of the company are met.
· Front desk reception.
Requirements
· Ability to use an MRP or ERP system.
· Must have excellent Excel, Microsoft Word skills.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent grammatical and spelling skills.
· Flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
