What X-Factor Transports Offers
- Pay Rates: $70k
- Pay Increase for the following task.
- $35–$45/hour for road calls
- $50/hour for after-hour calls (5:00 PM–10:00 PM)
- $70/hour for late-night calls (10:00 PM–5:00 AM)
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
- Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
- Perform engine work, brake repairs, tire replacements, and oil changes.
- Diagnose and maintain DEF/DPF after-treatment systems.
- Conduct routine and emergency repairs both in-shop and on the road.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 5 years of mechanical experience.
- Proven expertise in engine work, brakes, tires, oil changes, and DEF/DPF systems.
Highly Desired:
- ASE Certifications (Heavy Duty, Brakes, AC-609, etc.).
- CDL License.
