Position Title: Front Desk Clerk
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: El Segundo, CA
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Front Desk Clerk to support the Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) in El Segundo, CA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform essential front desk administrative duties, including answering phone calls, greeting customers, responding to emails, and overseeing the office budget.
- Assist customers with documenting personal information onto the Family Readiness Sign-in Sheet and with signing-up for classes, workshops, or events.
- Refer customers to the appropriate Family Readiness Representative after assisting customers with signing-up for classes, workshops, or events.
- Manage Internet Café computer access by issuing temporary usernames and passwords for customers.
- Retrieve previous month’s metrics from AFFIRST and submit data to the Flight Chief within five (5) business days from the start of each new month.
- Submit previous month’s Supplemental Monthly metrics to the Flight Chief within five (5) business days from the start of each new month.
- Collect, input, and manage data for the Transition Assistance Program in accordance with DoDI 1332.35, SECTION 4.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in reception and clerical support preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- Excellent and accurate written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry.
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic.
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality.
