Position Title: Marketing Intern
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Employment Status: Part-Time; Internship
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Marketing Department with various initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other channels to promote our brand and services.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to help guide marketing strategies.
- Campaign Support: Help coordinate and implement digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Support social media posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from campaigns and prepare performance reports.
- Event Support: Assist with organizing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be well-organized and detailed oriented.
