You will be a part of the Quality Control team and report to the QC Laboratory Manager responsible for overseeing QC laboratory operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage sample receipt into the Quality Control laboratories, maintain sample organization and assist in post-release sample destruction.
- Receive inventory stock into QC, enter in appropriate databases, and support inventory requests.
- Communicate with other departments and external contract laboratories to coordinate sample shipment and testing with outsource testing laboratories.
- Computer Proficiency: experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Smartsheet, and fundamental computer operations
- Inventory Management: Experience packaging, storing, and handling sensitive products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inventory Software: Two or more years of experience with inventory management techniques and software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Labvantage LIMS for reporting, and generating insights.
- Quality Assurance: Experience is preferred but not required with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and standards applicable to the GMP industry.
