Hours: 3rd shift Team Leader - TMMAL 10:00 pm 6:30 am /4:45 pm- 1:30 am Mon- Fri

Position: Team Member

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $18.00-$18.50

Responsibilities:

• Achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• 100% on-time delivery
• 100% satisfaction of quality standards
• Measure and report the effectiveness of conveyance activities and employees' performance
• Organize and maintain the efficiency of the inbound and outbound staging area
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Update FMDS board as required by the Operations Manager
• Create and update WIS as required by the Operations Manager
• Maintain records, document necessary information, and utilized reports to project warehouse status

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a supervisor is preferred
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input and retrieve data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excels at operating in a fast pace, customer-centric environment
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Warehouse and Forklift Experience Preferred
