The Role :

Location : Sandy, UT and on-site at various customer sites throughout the Salt Lake Valley area
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Perform all duties in accordance with ISO 17025
- Inspecting, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing mechanical and electronic weighing equipment.
- Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites.
- Working directly with clients throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates to services needed
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications :
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley (Ogden to Provo)
- Ability to obtain CDL class B company-paid
Nice to have :
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods and techniques in metrology gained through education, or professional experience
- Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics or other Technical Fields
- Technical Degree or Certificate
- Military PMEL Training
- Metrology experience
- Experience with IndySoft
