Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales associate to join our team. As a Sales associate, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and targets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Process sales transactions using the POS system and handle cash register duties
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail sales role, or similar position
- Strong knowledge of stock management, retail math, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
