Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
Qualifications
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Strong understanding of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Previous experience in sales or retail environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, prices, and sales totals
