Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate that can do both sales as well as stock to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient stocking of merchandise and maintaining a well-organized inventory, bringing out shoes to the sales associates on the sales floor as well as filling online orders. As a sales associate you will be able to multitask while helping guest on the floor, upselling showing add ons and beating your daily sales goal while helping maintain the store organized and clean.
Responsibilities:
Stock:
-Proccess shipment and make space in the stock room to fit new merchandise
-Bring out the shoes that the sales team requests on the sales floor with urgency
-Help with any stock related tasks
-Fill online orders with care and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Sales:
-Greet the guest and inform them of current promotions
-Strong selling skills
-Goal oriented
-Use the registers to check out guest as well as place orders when needed
-Help clean the store as well as help management with miscellaneous tasks as needed
This is a sales position. You will have daily goals to beat to help your team achieve the overall goal. Must feel comfortable with upselling product and be outgoing and friendly.
