Stock Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Stock Manager to oversee inventory management and ensure the efficient operation of our stockroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, facilitating collaboration with sales teams, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal supply.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
• Load and unload inventory shipments, ensuring all items are received in good condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize cash register systems for processing transactions when required.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries regarding stock availability.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Experience

• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
• Experience with cash register operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
