Are you a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a challenging role in sales and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Sales: Lease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.
•Conduct apartment and community tours.
•Follow up on phone and email leads promptly.
Marketing:
•Complete marketing reports, application, and leases.
•Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas.
•Implement outreach marketing efforts.
Administrative:
•Educate prospective residents on the application process.
•Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.
•Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.
•Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with 2 years of leasing experience in multifamily. Additionally, we require:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.
•Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
•Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
