Maintenance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely manner.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and completed work.
- Identify and report any hazardous conditions, maintenance needs, or safety-related issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; certification from an accredited trade school highly desired.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload and adapt to changing situations.
- Deadline and detail-oriented individual.
