What You Should Know
This is a full-time position based in our Lake Oswego, OR office. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This position offers the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Occasional travel to Aldrich's local offices in Washington, Oregon, and California.

You’ll Get a Chance To
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Strategic Sourcing and Relationship Building: Develop and implement sourcing strategies across various platforms like LinkedIn and job boards, and build strong partnerships with universities and professional organizations to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to define job requirements, establish candidate profiles, and synchronize hiring timelines with broader workforce planning needs.
- Candidate Experience and Employer Branding: Enhance the candidate experience through consistent communication and personalized interactions, and collaborate with Marketing to bolster the employer brand.
- Recruitment Analytics and Process Optimization: Use ATS for pipeline management, analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and streamline hiring processes to increase efficiency.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations, including EEO and OFCCP reporting, and maintain transparency with regular updates on recruitment metrics and outcomes to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Educate and train hiring managers on best practices related to interviewing techniques, decision-making, and reducing unconscious bias in the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related is a plus, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in professional services or in a corporate environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with employment law compliance related to recruitment.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Experience in employer branding and workforce planning.
