Senior Associates in tax will assist in preparation and review of tax returns, as well as provide client service, relationship management and consulting services. At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $105,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.
