Senior Software Engineer
What we are looking for :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack React Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex and innovative internal React applications that are revolutionizing the construction industry. You will bring your expertise in React to create user-friendly and efficient software solutions. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from data modeling and API integrations to front-end development and reporting.
What you'll do :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React applications.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other software engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices.
- Mentor other engineers and share your expertise.
- Estimate / Track development projects within team
- Lead in maintaining Microsoft SQL database environment.
- Manage developers in the day-to-day performance demands of project requirements
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem.
- Enter all non-project tasks and record time in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Create new applications as approved by the IT Leadership.
- Create reports based on user requirements.
- Design and implement data models to support application requirements.
- Work to integrate with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between our various tools

What we offer :
The annual base pay for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including : location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following :
