With a solid pipeline of work heading into 2025, they are seeking a talented Design Manager to join their team and take charge of key projects in the new year.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the design management process for projects valued up to £10M (package).Review and coordinate façade designs, working closely with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications.Act as the key liaison between the design team, site teams, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Identify and resolve design challenges, optimising project buildability and efficiency.Manage design schedules and ensure timely delivery of all design-related elements.Support tender and pre-construction activities where required.Ensure all designs meet the required safety, quality, and sustainability standards.RequirementsProven experience as a Designer or Design Manager, ideally within the cladding, façade, or building envelope sectors.Strong understanding of façade design and construction processes, with a subcontractor-biased approach.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary, dependent on experience.Hybrid working model, with 2-3 days a week in their London Office.Opportunity to work with a leading specialist contractor on high-profile projects.Supportive and dynamic team environment.Join a business that's growing from strength to strength and play a pivotal role in their success in 2025 and beyond.
