We take our responsibility for managing the flow of consumer healthcare payments through our platform and custodial accounts seriously and value the trust our clients place in us to support the financial integrity of our programs and processes. We live out our highest commitment to be accurate and complete as we process consumer healthcare payments, reconcile the custodial accounts we manage, and disburse payments to our clients. We will ensure the right amounts are in the right accounts at the right time and with the right reports to validate we got it all right. RESPONSIBILITIES Triage highly escalated complex issues in a timely manner to ensure client and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage daily work queues and delegate work accordingly to ensure Service Level Agreements are met, while ensuring risk of errors in processing is mitigated. Ensure financial banking transactions are on-time, controlled and accurate 100% of the time and agree with all support provided. Approvals are performed in accordance with company policy. Document current operational processes (and data flows) as part of root cause analysis and input to improvement initiatives; identifies possible gaps that may be contributing to lower key metric results to understand the drivers of performance gaps across the organization. Continuously evaluate for increased operational efficiency. Proactively identify knowledge gaps across the team and develop a plan to deliver cross-training, refresher training, or assign mentor support to ensure the success of all staff. Ensure training and tools available to staff will allow them to be successful in their day-to-day responsibilities. Compile, distribute and analyze daily deliverable reporting to internal and external constituents with minimal supervision; meets timing demands. Participate and/or lead cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcome as defined by upper management and/or company initiatives, including documenting meeting minutes and follow-up to ensure risks, issues, decisions, and action items are captured for the working team, including tax reporting and other initiatives as defined by the organization Act as a change agent on projects and internally in the organization, including contribution to recommendation/initiative development based on identified areas of opportunity relating to increasing operational efficiency and/or decreasing risk. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience leading projects, experience in consumer directed healthcare, a plus. Accomplished in data integration, file layouts, data types, file delimiters, etc. Efficient with industry standard Text and XML Editors. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while being highly motivated and resourceful. Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges independently and collaboratively with team members; can perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations.
