Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is desirable but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette
