Aleknagik Technology is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Program Manager responsible for overseeing Program Management, Analysis, Consultation, Evaluation and Decision Support.
Duties:
- Provide day-to-day coordinator of program activities and client contact for successful contract execution.
- Capable of planning, coordinating and directing the activities of the administrative, program control and technical personnel in providing services in fulfillment of the contract.
- Capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all contract specific requirements.
- Communicate with all levels of management, Government officials, peers and subordinates to ensure clear communication.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience and comprehensive knowledge in at least 3 of 4 categories including: health care management, clinical management, health care operations and resource management.
- Experience with Military Health System (MHS) strategy, DHA, and MHS Networks is preferred.
- Experience managing multi facility healthcare analytic and program evaluation initiatives, business care analysis, measures development, and process improvement efforts.
- Secret clearance required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
