About the Role - Implementation Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Sales and Customer Success function as a Pilot Implementation Manager. As a critical member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving our customer success by managing pilot implementations, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and translating complex technical concepts for our enterprise-level B2B SaaS clients.
This role is crucial in powering the success of our team and the growth of the whole company by bridging the gap between sales promises and technical realities.
What you'll do :
- Lead pilot implementations for enterprise-level B2B SaaS companies, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful adoption of Alembic's solutions.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of pilot projects.
- Translate complex technical concepts and opportunities between various stakeholders, including top-tier enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Manage and optimize the pilot implementation process, continually refining our approach based on learnings and feedback.
