Through effective management of the CPFR team, optimize the supply chain processes including ensuring efficient stock control and resource optimization to improve operational efficiency and minimize costs through the implementation of effective and accurate inventory management, the ongoing creation of accurate demand forecasting and demand-driven replenishment strategies.


Essential Functions:


  • Optimize the customer's replenishment process to meet in-stock, inventory and sales objectives while maintaining fill rates, prioritizing workload using internal and external reports.
  • Collaborates continuously and proactively with all stakeholders (internal and external,) to ensure effective and ongoing communication and dialogue and constant engagement and compliance with all KPI's.
  • Has a proactive customers approach to identify areas of opportunity and provide recommendations and problem solving and calls out calls out exceptions in the forecast, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitors compliance of corporate, department, and personal goals and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with established commitments and goals.
  • Advise on and supervise the negotiations conducted by CPFR with the replenishment management teams of key clients to ensure the implementation of action plans for the processes, replenishment model, and service, aimed at guaranteeing inventory optimization, increasing service levels, and maximizing sales.
  • Coordinate and ensure the execution of collaboration programs with clients to guarantee product availability at the point of sale, strategic replenishment, increased service levels, inventory optimization, and sales growth.
  • Determine and propose the foundation of the demand plans, commercial projections, and level orders through the analysis of sales trends and client inventory data, with the aim of aligning client objectives and ensuring service levels, as well as optimizing production and distribution costs for the company.
  • Manage Store changes as communicated by Customer for Modular Updates (Changes to Planograms)
  • Develop replenishment strategies and demand plans for new items and increased distribution (new store authorizations)
  • Creates, maintains and makes available accurate forecasts for stakeholders including but not limited to Product Supply and fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and report on the tracking and results of inventory indicators, service levels, and commercial projections (inventory days, excess inventory, out-of-stock items, fill rate, etc.) to the various areas of the organization.
  • Provide constant, timely and effective communications to update on significant changes in inventory, in-stock levels, and POS trends to internal Sales, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams to enhance internal forecasting, mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improvement within the S&OE process.
  • Optimize in-stock levels at stores by utilizing customer data to analyze inventory at both the store and distribution center.
  • Develop exit strategy for store declines or complete item pruning, minimizing write-offs or markdowns.
  • Develop Replenishment strategies and demand plans for new items and increased distribution (new store authorizations).
  • Provide visibility to Product Supply and fulfillment by maintaining forecast information accurately, analyze and present insights on logistics components, including availability, reliability, supply chain management, transportation, and costs.
  • Monitor industry standards, trends, or practices to identify developments in logistics planning or execution for AlEn USA accounts.
  • Position requires national and international travel approximately 25% of time.
  • Performs any and all additional tasks as assigned by company management.
  • Leads and directly supervises assigned team including planning and coordinating tasks and projects, providing ongoing guidance and providing feedback and appraising performance, coaching and implementation of corrective action when necessary.
