We are looking for a Global Marketing Manager to support our Global team!
As a Global Marketing Manager at Aleph, you’ll be the driving force behind our B2B marketing strategy and initiatives for priority partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Aleph’s Partner Directors and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives, consistent brand messaging, and the execution of global marketing themes tailored to specific market needs. You’ll be leading marketing discussions with top-tier partners, building strong, long-lasting relationships to grow Aleph’s position within the partner ecosystem.
\n- Shape Global B2B Marketing Strategy: Own the development and execution of the global partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Aleph’s key business objectives.
- Lead Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key marketing stakeholders within our priority partner organizations.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the partner marketing landscape.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize partner marketing initiatives, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, communications, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.
- Partner Enablement: Develop training resources with the Sales Enablement team to empower partners in effectively promoting Aleph’s solutions.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance partner engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans to support revenue targets and company growth.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar roles.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad tech platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing within the digital landscape.
- Strong data-driven marketing and measurement skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Experience managing co-marketing campaigns with partners, from strategy to execution.
- Global marketing experience with localization expertise, ensuring campaigns resonate across different regions and cultures.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experience managing in-person and virtual events and webinars.
- Content marketing and storytelling expertise, particularly in creating compelling B2B materials such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content.
- Relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and make strategic decisions that drive business impact.
- You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience in managing partner marketing.
- You’re a strategic thinker, able to analyze challenges and propose creative, data-driven solutions.
