As a Junior Client Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Aleph Multiplatform team, assisting with account management, technical operations, and client solutions while gaining hands-on experience with leading advertising technologies. This role is perfect for someone with a structured and analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a drive to learn and grow in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

• Support Global Advertising Accounts – Assist with account creation, data validation, CRM management, and performance monitoring.
• Be the Go-To Problem Solver – Provide proactive technical and operational support to clients, helping them navigate challenges effectively.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with Leads, Client Partners, and Client Solution Managers to drive success.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Engage in continuous learning through industry workshops, seminars, and specialized training.
• Optimize & Improve – Help implement strategic solutions to prevent future issues and enhance platform performance.
• Handle Key Administrative Processes – Ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks related to advertising account management.

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, Social Sciences, or similar preferred).
• Work Experience: Up to 1 year, but not a must
• Digital Advertising Knowledge: Experience with ad account creation, reporting, and asset management is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to structure and interpret data effectively.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent Latvian and English: Strong communication skills for working with international teams.
• Time Management & Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Eager to Learn: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, market shifts, and new opportunities.
• Positive & Proactive Attitude: A drive to exceed expectations and make an impact.

• Hands-On Digital Advertising Experience – If you've worked with Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, or Reddit Ads, that’s a huge plus! Experience in campaign management, reporting, or optimization will set you apart.
