Responsibilities:- Manage client requests, including certificates, endorsements, and binders within 24 hours; assist clients until producers are available.
- Prepare applications, review expiration lists, and submit to carriers on time; process endorsements, cancellations, and premiums within 72 hours.
- Maintain client activity and files accurately in the agency system, ensuring compliance with billing and accounts receivable policies.
- Support insurance proposal preparation, keep producers informed, and stay updated on industry changes.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent relationship management, solution-oriented approach, and effective communication with clients and teams.
- Proficient in technical material, multitasking, and using software (Adobe, Microsoft Office), working independently and collaboratively.
- 5-7 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a Resident Producer License.
- Frequent use of office machinery (computer, calculator, printer) and the ability to perform tasks requiring visual acuity.
- Regular communication with co-workers and clients to exchange accurate information.
- Ability to travel to client or offsite meetings, including transportation for self and staff.
- Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and proof of insurance may be required for work-related travel.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $65K to $75K per year.
