Responsibilities
- Process service requests, including preparing submissions, analyzing quotations, and preparing proposals and summaries for clients.
- Review endorsements, process premium audits and assist with disputes; prepare certificates of insurance and perform contract reviews.
- Prepare binders, invoices, and secure premium financing; review newly issued policies for accuracy.
- Follow up professionally with clients, carriers, producers, and peers; maintain and prioritize workload.
- Conduct monthly renewal meetings, maintain certifications and training, and stay current on underwriting requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a solutions-oriented service approach.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with Agency Management Systems (AMS Sagitta preferred).
- Solid technical knowledge of commercial lines and 3 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years at the Account Manager level.
- Strong work ethic, with attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Applicable state P&C Agent’s license, industry-related certifications, and a preferred college degree or equivalent experience.
