Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial data from various sources, including claims and enrollment reports.
- Retrieve, compile, and analyze financial data from various online resources.
- Support the preparation and presentation of financial information for client meetings, including budgeting and contribution strategies.
- Help maintain and update systems with relevant financial information.
- Collaborate in the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Participate in the renewal and marketing process by gathering vendor and client data.
- Prepare spreadsheets and proposals for client presentations.
- Help build frameworks for renewal, strategy, and claims review presentations
- Conduct benchmarking and plan modeling to aid decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A basic understanding of employee benefit concepts is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.

Salary range is $55K to $60K per year.
