Responsibilities
- Serve as the expert on a mixed book of commercial lines, managing client service and ensuring requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and negotiate renewals, policy changes, and assist producers in acquiring new business.
- Check policies, endorsements, audits, and ratings for accuracy.
- Review, analyze, and market applications to carriers; rate and quote insurance using company software.
- Work with clients to request endorsements and policy changes from carriers.
- Identify client risk exposures and secure or recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Perform regular tasks including data entry, document review, time management, problem-solving, and adapting to changes in priorities or deadlines.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License Required
- Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial lines account management
- High School Diploma
