Responsibilities
Manage all house accounts independently
Collaborate with Producers to manage all policy-related activities for assigned accounts
Maintain and update monthly renewal lists per Producer instruction
Market renewal and new business, prepare quote comparisons, and support proposal development
Review and process policies, endorsements, and audits; ensure accuracy and update agency systems accordingly
Invoice agency-billed policies and policy changes in a timely manner
Communicate daily with clients and carriers to handle policy changes, coverage questions, endorsements, and information requests
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, however, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
Knowledge of AMS360 or EPIC is strongly preferred
Property & Casualty License
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
