Responsibilities
- Oversee the renewal process for an assigned and expanding portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient account management.
- Accurately input customer and policy data into the agency management system (e.g., AMS360) while leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and other Alera tools.
- Cultivate strong relationships with carrier partners, doctors, medical firms, front office staff, and personnel across Alera firms to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
- Manage policy reviews, process change requests, handle endorsements, invoice clients, and ensure compliance with carrier requirements.
- Market renewal policies while maintaining a deep understanding of strategic carrier products and ancillary liability lines, such as Medical Malpractice Liability Insurance.
- Stay informed on state-specific laws and requirements, including patient compensation funds, tail coverage, state limits, and other compliance factors.
- Handle small to mid-market accounts, addressing ad hoc tasks and maintaining a high standard of service for account maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an active Property & Casualty License.
- 5 years of customer service experience and 3–6 years in relevant insurance roles.
- Strong organization, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in AMS360 as a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks effectively and independently.

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
