Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tactics.
Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics to provide business insights.
Construct data sets to analyze trends and aid business decision-making.
Qualifications
High level of communication and follow-through skills.
3 – 5 years’ experience working with Marketing Analytics.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth.
Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus.
4-year college degree.

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $70K to $95K per year.
