Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming leads with same-day turnaround when possible.
- Meet with leads in person at the Las Vegas office as needed.
- Stay updated on Nevada health insurance exchange and individual insurance options.
- Work 1-2 hours daily in the off-season and 8-10 hours daily during the busy season.
- Maintain flexible, on-call hours to address new leads.
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding clients through insurance options.
- Use Microsoft products and online quoting tools for presentations and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active Health and Life Insurance License.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of the Nevada health insurance exchange and individual health insurance options, or willingness to stay consistently updated.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, balancing flexible work hours with responsiveness to client needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace to handle client interactions professionally.
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $35K to $43K per year.
