Responsibilities
- Assist employees with benefit-related questions and resolve claim/billing issues promptly.
- Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support new business and renewal processes, including proposals, enrollments, and compliance.
- Continuously develop insurance knowledge, maintain licensing, and pursue ongoing education.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers on renewals, contract changes, and compliance matters.
- Efficiently manage multiple clients, prioritize workload, and keep producers informed.
- Uphold core department values: honor commitments, stay organized, be thorough, helpful, and prompt.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Life & Health insurance license required; HR or employee benefits knowledge preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with a helpful attitude and strong work ethic.
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $50K to $65K per year.
